Terms of Use

1. Our role

Akon Autohub is a marketplace. Vehicles are sold by dealers or owners, loans are given by lenders and policies are issued by insurers; each is subject to its own terms.

2. Prices & listings

Prices are indicative and may change. Ex-showroom prices exclude registration, insurance and taxes. Valuations are estimates until confirmed after inspection.

3. Bookings

Test drive, inspection and service bookings are confirmed by SMS. Please give 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

4. User conduct

Listings must be accurate and belong to the person posting them. We may remove listings or accounts that mislead buyers.

5. Liability

We verify partners but are not liable for a partner’s acts. We will help you resolve any complaint raised within 30 days.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
